內政部移民署自110年1月2日起換發「新式外來人口統一證號」，如您已換發新式統一證號，欲變更留存於本公司之統一證號，您可透過以下方式辦理：
1.您可填寫「契約內容變更申請書(完整版)」，檢附載有新式統一證號之居留證影本，洽詢本公司服務業務員、郵寄或親臨本公司各地保戶服務中心辦理。
2.提醒您留意向扣款銀行、匯款銀行等，同步更新您的統一證號，以利後續順利辦理收付款作業。
3.如您就本公司變更作業有任何疑問，請洽本公司客服專線0800-022258，或各地保戶服務中心詢問。
4.內政部移民署全球資訊網已建置新式外來人口統一證號專區 ，相關資訊可於該專區查閱。
